Buchler Phillips, the UK’s leading corporate recovery and restructuring firm, has appointed its Associate Director, Robert Fedder, as Head of its Technology Practice.
Robert expands the firm’s capabilities in strategic and operational change, bringing 30 years of experience in performance improvement and business development with a special focus on corporate turnaround. He has a particular interest in using technology at the core of efficient structures and processes to enhance revenues and cash generation.
Director and co-founder of Nil Plus Ultra, the professional services network specialising in performance improvement and managed services across a range of market sectors and functional areas, and CEO of nCode Systems Inc, Robert’s career to date has included board and executive positions with O2, Vimpelcom, Compaq and EDS, as well as Partner, Principal and Director roles with PA Consulting, KPMG and AT Kearney.
Robert has been responsible for crisis management and communications for several major businesses, representing them to institutional analysts, shareholders and government, up to Prime Minister level. He has lived and worked extensively in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, USA, Australia, India and Japan on both domestic and international ventures.
