Runita’s Overnight Oats Recipe
Prep 5 min
Makes 1 portion
Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk, or dairy-free alternative
1 tbsp (or more) yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
For topping:
½ apple, diced
Pecan nuts, chopped
Cinnamon, sprinkle
or
Fresh blueberries & raspberries, handful
or
1 tbsp Nutella
Hazelnuts, crushed
½ banana, chopped
Chocolate chips
1. In a jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds and honey. Stir well.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. In the morning, give the oats a stir, and add Runita’s magical toppings. If the oats are too cold, you can microwave them gently before adding your toppings. Enjoy the perfect start to your day!
